I recommend starting with 5-10lbs and increase your weight every week or two until you're at 15-20lbs. This workout involves 7 butt isolation exercises. Do each one for 10-15reps. Make sure you challenge yourself. You can do this 3-5x a week in combination with your squats and lunges.
