- A barbell is one of the best pieces of exercises equipment you can buy if you want a nice butt. Most women should start with 20-30lbs on exercises like the squat and 10-20lbs on single leg exercises like a lunge until you get the form down. Then increase 10lbs each week until its very hard.

- Stepping Back Lunges are a great Legs and Butt exercise. You can add them to your current butt workout or try them on your own. You can start off holding something for balance then build up to where you don't need to hold anything. You can even add weight for the best workout.
Start with 10-12 reps.
