- We call this move Speed Beam because it’s done for time. The idea here is to get through the pegboard section, then transfer to the I-beam. Then finger tip your way down the beam to the yellow tape. Make your way to the other side, and travel down the beam back to the pegboard to pull out the pegs from the first side. Then insert them in the pegboard on the opposite side. Finish by getting to the end of the pegboard.

- The classic inverted TRX lat-row with your feet on a stability ball trick. There are three things in particular that make this move difficult. Keeping your body stiff as a board the entire time, balancing on the stability ball, and the ability to pull your chest high enough to touch your hands for every rep. Enjoy!!

- This isn't the first time I’ve shared my efforts on the salmon ladder, but this past weekend I had a bit of a breakthrough. The salmon ladder is probably the scariest thing in my backyard. The higher you go, the further you fall if something goes wrong. In the past I’ve managed to go up 4 rungs, and down 4, but this past Sunday I was able to go up 5 and down 5 for the first time. Show up, stay present, and do your best!

- I’ve been tinkering around with some new workout ideas for our new project. The tentative name for today’s routine was called the Super Challenge.
The first goal for this workout was to get in as many sets of push-ups and pull-ups as possible in exactly 1 hour. The second goal was to stick with my predetermined chooser rep numbers throughout the whole workout.
